Mobile Phone Question - Providers

Comments

I was an early adopter of cell communicators. I have great experiences and I have had the worst. 11Sep01 AT&T cut me off. I vowed never again to do business with them. Now the companies are all joined up traded to and fro and I have no idea what manages which. I've been with verizon since 01 and the last time I used my new every two for the first time. I got a KRazr because I wanted to use it to listen to podcasts while I work. Motorola software does not work. It will not marry up with the computer, any computer. The only way to download audio onto it is via their very expensive web access. I had to buy that non working software separately. I've recently gone to Sprint for my data connection because 1. I wanted to have internet wherever and whenever and 2. it was only $10.00 more per month than data only connection to the Cable system. While I was purchasing my air card a customer was raising cane in the store because they would not change her non-working new phone. Then later on, my mother told me she had a similar experience with Sprint. So, I am currently using Sprint for data and am worried about customer service and I am currently using a phone I absolutely despise because it does not give me what I bought that model for. and I am sticking to my vow not to do business with AT&T. These companies are burnt out on customer service. The industry needs a Lee Iococa to correct one company and force the rest to compete with him.
I got my first mobile in 1993. I consider that fairly adopter. HEHE

I have the LG Chocolate and it was supposed to do the same thing. Guess what, it is a pain in the bootie. I don't think it works very well at all.

I do not like that. I do not like that I cannot easily put ringtones and other things on my phone myself. They nickle and dime you to death.

I hate my phone, so I feel your pain.

Ahhh Lee Iococa. Whatever happened to men like him? *SIGH*

SO what are you going to do? Do you think you might leave Sprint? Honestly as far as my cellular service goes, Verizon is awesome. I hate this phone, though most everything they have fixed with the new models. Thank goodness. But I really don't like this fact that they obviously don't care about retaining people. You know, sure you have a great service coverage and the like, but you need to have more than just great service. *SIGH*
